Community Partners

Community Partners is an initiative set up by Wandsworth Adult Social Services.  It seeks to directly involve core groups of service users and carers who will be trained and supported as they assist social service staff in the design and implementation of key work.  Examples of their work are: mystery shopping of the Council’s Access Team, designing carer’s assessments, designing a feedback process for hospital social workers.  The service users become the “Community Partners”.

Wandsworth Care Alliance provides expertise in terms of identifying and commissioning suitably qualified and skilled trainers, delivery of the training, facilitating the training, inviting and supporting service users.
